Our pampering hotel in the province of Salzburg attaches great importance to the use of regional and seasonal ingredients, mainly from the Pongau area, which are delivered fresh every day. Only the best comes on your plate.

Every day from 7:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
Local and fresh quality products from the Salzburg area at an extraordinary breakfast buffet. With egg, coffee and tea specialities, a regional organic corner and a large assortment of more than 20 types of bread. Let our breakfast chefs prepare your individual wishes and start the day well fortified!
Wellness snack
Summer: daily from 1:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Hearty meals until 2:30 p.m., soups, cold dishes and delicacies until 4:00 p.m.
Winter: daily from 3:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Dinner
Every day from 6:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Deliciously prepared 5-course dinner menu with a choice (also vegetarian dishes) with salad & cheese bread buffet in a pleasant atmosphere in our Schlosshotel Stuben or in elegant dining rooms. Daily varied children’s buffet, ice cream buffet and candy bar.

Our weekly theme evenings
A time travel through different epochs and themes of the times we know today. The theme evenings in our pampering hotel are legendary – in the footsteps of W.A. Mozart from Salzburg, the “Phantom of the Opera”, Hubertus hunting evenings or in the footsteps of knights or highlanders.
Allergic to certain foods?
After personal arrangement we also offer special dishes for allergic persons and food intolerances (lactose, gluten, etc.). For purely vegan menus there is an extra charge of € 15,- per person/menu. Please inform us about this directly when booking or on arrival at the hotel!
