Booking conditions

Arrival

The rooms are available from about 4.00 p.m. and are reserved until 6.00 p.m. Should you arrive later, please inform the hotel team.

Departure

You are requested to vacate the rooms by 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure at the latest.

General Terms and Conditions of Business

Errors excepted. The written booking confirmation applies. You can find more information in the Austrian Hotel Contract Law. Basis of this confirmation are the “General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006” of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber (AGBH 2006, version of 15.11.2006).

Visitor’s tax

The visitor’s tax is € 2,- per person/day from 15 years. The tourist tax is not included in the prices and is always charged extra. This also applies to package offers.

Payment

Please settle your bill with cash, EC card or credit card. Bankomat, VISA, Mastercard, Eurocard are accepted.

Cots

We are happy to provide cribs or a bed failure protection for your little ones free of charge.

Pets

Dog without food: € 15,- per night. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant and wellness area.

Cancellation

The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006 (AGBH 2006) apply. Austrian law shall be deemed expressly agreed. Cancellation fees are charged according to § 5 ABGH. Place of performance is 5542 Flachau. Place of jurisdiction is 5600 St. Johann in Pongau.
