The Soledom immediately gives a feeling of well-being. The mineral salts of the Dead Sea also have a beneficial effect on physical balance.

In the aroma steam bath, the escaping steam is smoked with different aromas.

Brine grotto

In the new brine grotto of the Wellness-Palace the walls are made of pure Himalayan salt stones.

A steam bath has many healthy effects. Strengthen your immune system with a relaxing steam bath. With special herbal fragrances, it is a blessing for your respiratory tract.

Infrared cabin

Infrared light is a deep heat radiation that charges the body with energy and can help with many illnesses (e.g. joint pain, depressive moods, colds and skin problems).

Saunarium

This is a gentle sauna with a temperature of about 70°C and a relative humidity of about 45%. Since the temperature is low, the stay can be extended to 30 minutes. Nevertheless, cooling down and a resting phase are necessary. A visit to the Saunarium is easy on the heart and circulation and strengthens the immune system.

Vitarium

The castle hotel Vitarium is a well-being feeling place for all senses: a combination of warmth, meditative sounds provides Relaxation and well-being for body and soul.

Finnish sauna

The Finnish sauna is probably the best known type of sauna. The ancient tradition of cosy wooden cabins, in which a fired oven with infusions makes its occupants sweat, dates back to the Stone Age. The Finnish sauna is still very popular in many parts of Europe.
