Hygiene and safety
Sufficient space for development and retreat as well as our guarantee of hygiene and cleanliness await you at the Schlosshotel Lacknerhof. Our current precautions and rules reflect the current measures and are continuously adapted according to the regulations of the German government.
Booking
For all bookings apply the regular cancellation deadlines from the Austria Hotel regulations.
Arrival
As a greeting, we remain with a warm greeting and continue to refrain from shaking hands. Please take the opportunity to announce your data in advance. This makes the check-in easier and shorter. Please arrive only if you have no COVID-like symptoms such as cough, fever, etc.
Mouth and nose protection
Most of our employees are already vaccinated.
Sport and activity programme
Summer time is outdoor time – we therefore plan as many outdoor activities as possible. The number of participants is limited – with prior registration.
From acurrent perspective, nothing stands in the way of largely unrestricted skiing in winter 2023/24.
The tourist business and the cable car companies will take all necessary measures so that our guests can experience Austria’s greatest skiing pleasure with the geatest possible safety.
Enjoyment. PURE
In the kitchen, the highest hygiene regulations according to HCCP continue to apply and our employees work with gloves as always. The popular breakfast buffet may remain. Our guests are provided with products such as disposable gloves and disinfectant dispensers for the removal of food. The same applies to the buffets for snacks and in the evening. Children may only go to the buffet when accompanied by their parents.
The prescribed minimum distance between the tables is of course observed.
Wellness. Pure and water adventure world
In our Wellness-Palace, the water adventure world and the castle garden you will certainly find enough space to feel good, relax and enjoy with the necessary distance. All pools, whirlpool and water slides can be used according to the opening hours. Signs at the pool entrances indicate the maximum number of people allowed at any one time. A transmission of viruses through the pool water is considered unlikely. The saunas may be used per room or family community at any time. Guided sauna infusions are currently not permitted. The required minimum distances between the resting couches are observed.
Beauty. PURE
You are welcome to enjoy our massage and cosmetic services as usual. Ongoing disinfection of the couches and contact surfaces is a matter of course.
Hygiene measures/safety concept
We have drawn up a hygiene concept for the Lacknerhof which we are constantly adapting to current conditions. We ask our guests to wash their hands with soap or disinfect them regularly. We have provided the appropriate disinfection stands in large numbers at all important locations. Make sure that the minimum distance of 1 meter to other guests and staff is observed. Lift cars should only be used by people travelling together at the same time.
