The culinary day in the wellness hotel Lacknerhof starts off with the rich breakfast buffet. From 07:30 until 10:30 a large selection of sweet and savoury delicacies are at your disposal. Also make use of the tea island as you wish. A special bio-corner with products from regional farmers will delight you as will the morning kitchen with freshly made egg dishes. The hotel's own bakery offers 20 different bread and pastry each day.
Afterwards you can plunge into one of the exciting activities in Salzburg as part of your summer or winter holidays. In the summer you have access to daily wellness snacks from 14:00 until 16:00. In the winter you will enjoy the daily skier's snack from 15:30 until 16:30. A wide selection of home made desserts and snacks are offered here. You may enjoy these with coffee, tea or other non-alcoholic beverages of your own choice.
In the evening you may treat yourself to 5-course menus as part of the half-board, low calorie wellness menus are offered as well. Home made bread and the daily salad buffet with vegetables from our own garden complete the culinary experience. Once a week you will also be able to enjoy a theme buffet, for example a farmer's buffet with delicacies from Grandma's cook book, or an Italian buffet with specialities from our southern neighbour. Additionally we will surprise you with topical evenings like “Specialities from the Pongau”, country evening or Asia evening. On demand we can also organise cheese or meat fondue evenings.
In the winter you have access to the afternoon skier's snack (15:30 to 16:30) and, from 19:00 until 22:00, non-alcoholic beverages from the juice bar. Bottled or alcoholic beverages are not included in the half-board. In the summer you are free to enjoy all non-alcoholic beverages from the juice bar from 08:00 until 22:00 at no extra cost.
