Things worth knowing – hotel informationHere you will find important information for your stay in the Hotel Lacknerhof in Salzburg.
Arrival: The rooms are generally ready from 14:00 onwards and are reserved for you until 18:00. If you should arrive later than that, please inform the hotel staff.
Departure: You are kindly requested to vacate the rooms by 11:00 on your day of departure.

Cots: For your little ones, the hotel Lacknerhof is happy to provide cots for a standard rate of € 16.– per day.
Pets: without food: € 10.– per day. Dogs are generally not allowed in the restaurant or in the wellness area.
Cancellation: The general terms and conditions for the hotel business 2006 (AGBH 2006) apply. Austrian law applies explicitly. Cancellation fees are calculated as per § 5 ABGH. Place of fulfilment is 5542 Flachau. Court of Jurisdiction is 5600 St. Johann in Pongau.
Room reservation: Please transfer your deposit without charge to one of the bank accounts below. The deposit is also an operation fee and is always retained in case of cancellation.
